"I have an Idea! Now What?"

INVENTIONS - PATENTS - LICENSING - PATENT SEARCH - MARKETING - PROTOTYPES - DILIGENCE - ROYALTIES - ATTORNEYS - DISCLOSURES - PRIORITY - MANUFACTURING...

Creating a new or improved product, idea or invention pushes an inventor into a confusing maze of terminology, information and misinformation that threatens to overwhelm most creative people. All inventors come face to face with the same intimidating and challenging question: I Have an Idea! Now What?

The excitement inventors feel when they come up with a new idea or invention is soon diminished by reality... Checking with a patent attorney, one discovers that a patent search (usually costing $1000 - 1,500) is the first step toward spending up to $30,000 for a patent. And that money is spent before knowing if the idea can be made and sold profitably. Unable to afford patents and unaware of other options, inventors become prime targets for the scam invention marketers who charge thousands for a patent (often the wrong kind) and their so-called marketing services.

OUR MISSION IS TWOFOLD:

1. To help inventors (anyone with an original idea) understand their options and avoid the pitfalls - that's the purpose of our Inventor's IntroPac offered on this web site.

2. To teach inventors - using our INVENTASSIST PROGRAM - how to protect ideas under patent law but without incurring the high costs of patents; and how to sell ideas to companies, let them pay for the patent, do the production and marketing, and pay the inventor cash up front plus a royalty for as long as they sell the product.

If that sounds like what you want to accomplish, you truly have found the missing piece to the invention puzzle!
